Floppy runs in Docker and keeps its database on hardware you control. The point is not to make setup feel like a hobby project. It is to give a long-term library a home that is portable, inspectable, and yours.
Start simply. Run the app and Redis together with Docker Compose or Portainer.
Stay resilient. Use backups, scheduled exports, recovery tools, and safer handling for a library that keeps growing.
